I’ve ordered a new bed which hasn’t arrived yet but I needed to order special sized bed linen. The service from Belledorm was super. I placed my order over the phone as something didn’t quite work on the online booking. Very helpful and efficient staff. The goods arrived very quickly and the quality looks excellent. I would definitely recommend Belledorm
The return process was not good. After 2 failed attempts the money was refunded without the need to return. This was very much appreciated.
