Advice on phone excellent with good knowledge of product I was interested in and stock availability. Call answered quickly by a human being rather than the majority of calls these days where you have to spend several minutes listening to a recorded message with various options before you get to speak to anybody if you are lucky. Order despatched immediately and received within 24 hours.

Belledorm is a great company with very good service. I would recommend them. However, the feefo review setup is very annoying. I imagine that like most people we all buy SETS of pillowcases/sheets/fitted sheets etc. Feefo wants the customer to review EVERY LITTLE COMPONENT! Not acceptable. A set of bedding does NOT need the pillow cases/ fitted sheets/flat sheets reviewed separately. But this explains a lot of the reviews where folks give "stars" but make no comments'. Who has the life energy for that? I hate the way consumers are requested to give up their time and energy to review every-little-thing-they-buy. I only review good companies with great service and quality products, however I might have to look again at doing reviews through feefo unless they work out and stop asking for individual-item-in-a-bunch-of-all-the-same-fabric-stuff reviews. Suggest the company look to organising their own reviews in some other way. I would bet half of all the happy customers look at feefo request and ignore it having been down the same rabbit hole as I have. Unless and until this changes I will just do as other people do and just do a star rating, or more likely, just ignore a review request.
