If you are also looking to protect your mattress from moisture and wear, a mattress protector sits underneath the topper or directly on the mattress. For beds with a topper adding extra height, check that your fitted sheet depth accounts for the combined mattress and topper measurement, an extra deep 38cm sheet is usually sufficient, but the deepest combinations may need an ultra deep 46cm sheet.
