I have worked for belledorm for 15+ years and my orders are processed exactly as every other order we receive. I order online and my goods are delivered next day. I pay carriage charges. A very neat operation from start to finish. I have tried products from M&S and Dunelm and always find we get a better quality and level service from belledorm. I love the honesty and reliability.

We are very please with the service provided as there was a problem in the fact that one of the original sheets ordered was the wrong size. Not a result of the picker but of the factory putting the wrong sheet in the wrong packaging so not a fault of the belledorm staff at point of despatch. This was quickly rectified. The staff on the phone were both helpful and courteous and got the exchange done very swiftly. This we can assure you is what customer service is all about and I am afraid not always the case these days. So it is nice to find it in a company today as we believe in good old fashioned customer service.
