The service is excellent. The goods are dispatched very quickly and the delivery cots are borne by the company. My parcel usually takes 48 hours after I ordered and my postman brings it!

Belledorm let me know there would be added customs fees which I agreed to. This sped up the delivery instead of the product being seized for months on end with customs. I appreciate their liase regarding this purchase and the speed of shipment once it had cleared customs.
