Not very good with confusing advertising as to where products are manufactured.
Only concern is using royal mail to deliver items as they can find difficulty following drop off instructions i.e. not trying hard enough to raise our awareness when knocking/ringing door bell at our home, as we were in when they first called only to find on our CCTV they left too quickly and delivered the next day! Where we felt we had to wait in for them!!?!
