This company has impressed me with their contact details to speak with their Customer Service Team directly with any questions or advice in terms of free returns policy. In particular, the speed of their free order delivery was really impressive if the order was over the minimum amount required and no need to pay for next day delivery, as I can't imagine a bedding sheet or duvet set emergency!
