Regarding the service it was fairly easy to order and the parcel arrived on the day stated. It's just a pity I didn't like the item as the quality wasn't as expected and the sheet irritated my skin.

Jersey combed cotton fitted sheet, nice feel to fabric and good fit, currently buying second one, matching pillow cases but sadly no flat sheet.

Advice on phone excellent with good knowledge of product I was interested in and stock availability. Call answered quickly by a human being rather than the majority of calls these days where you have to spend several minutes listening to a recorded message with various options before you get to speak to anybody if you are lucky. Order despatched immediately and received within 24 hours.
Quick dispatch and prompt delivery. Could have saved on the quantity of plastic though.
