Overall, the product is well-regarded for its quality, with many customers appreciating the fabric’s durability and the elegant appearance of items like the tablecloth and matching napkins. The softness and fit of the materials are noted positively, contributing to a satisfying user experience. However, a recurring concern involves customer service, particularly regarding unfulfilled free gift offers and a lack of response to email inquiries. While the ordering process and delivery are generally smooth and efficient, this communication issue has affected some buyers’ overall satisfaction. The balance of feedback suggests that while the product itself meets expectations, improvements in customer support would enhance the overall experience.
Didn’t receive my free gift and no response to emails.
