Heat gathers around the head and neck, and once a pillow warms up it's hard to get comfortable again. Our Cooling Pillow is built to hold its shape and keep that surface feeling fresh.
The cover fabric carries heat away from your skin faster than ordinary cotton or polyester, so it feels cool the moment your head meets the pillow. That cool-to-touch effect has been independently tested and falls within the recognised range for cooling fabrics - the freshness is measured, not just described. The sensation is strongest as you settle; through the night, the breathable construction and moisture-wicking fibres help disperse the warmth and damp that usually collect around the head, so the surface stays comfortable for longer.
This is a firm pillow with a box-edge construction, which keeps a consistent height rather than flattening under weight. That support suits back and side sleepers, and larger-frame sleepers in particular, holding the head and neck in line through the night.
Standard size (48 x 75cm). Hypoallergenic and easy to care for - simply sponge clean.

You may wish to have a look at our bolster pillowcases here, as these are a little larger and may give the pillow more room:

Please note, the Cooling Pillow is still based around standard pillow dimensions, so a bolster pillowcase may not be an exact fit, but it could help reduce the bunching you are experiencing.

The cooling fabric gives you that immediate fresh feeling when you first rest your head, and the breathable construction helps disperse heat throughout the night rather than trapping it. It won't stay cold like an ice pack, but the moisture-wicking fibres and airflow design mean heat doesn't build up the way it does with a standard pillow. Most hot sleepers will notice a difference in how often they need to flip the pillow over.

The cooling effect has been independently tested and confirmed to deliver a measurable cool-to-touch sensation. It's not a gel pad or insert, the cooling property is in the fabric itself, so the surface feels noticeably fresh when you lie down. It won't feel ice-cold, but there is a genuine temperature difference compared to a standard polyester pillow.

The best pillow for hot sleepers is one designed to draw heat away from the head and encourage airflow during the night. The Belledorm Cooling Pillow is an excellent choice, as it uses cooling fabric technology and breathable construction to help reduce heat build-up and keep the sleep surface feeling fresh.
Its supportive box-edge design helps maintain comfortable head and neck alignment while the cooling material works to regulate temperature, making it particularly suitable for those who tend to overheat while sleeping.
The pillows receive widespread praise for their balance of support and softness, offering comfort without feeling overly firm. Many users highlight how the pillows contribute to a better night’s sleep, appreciating the combination of a gentle feel with effective head and neck support. The softness is frequently mentioned as a standout quality, providing a pleasant sleeping experience. While the overall sentiment is positive, a few reviews note that the firmness may not suit everyone’s preference, suggesting some variability in individual comfort needs. Nonetheless, the pillows are generally regarded as comfortable and well-designed, meeting expectations for both support and softness in a sleep accessory.
Brilliant pillows, support is excellent as is the soft feel. Usually good support means a pillow that feels too hard but this one just feels soft when your head is on it. At last the perfect pillow.
Lovely comfy pillow that certainly helps getting a good night's sleep.
