Yes it’s a great wool filled pillow. I like that you can removed some of the wool, as in the early days it might seem like it’s too high a pillow. The wool settles, then the extra wool can be replaced.

My husband has moaned for years about his pillow and uncomfortable sleep at night… he couldn’t be happier and recommends this pillow highly.
